Additional Information
Housing
Overnight accommodations are not included in your ticket. Upon registration, you will receive information about our recommended hotel, which is less than 5 minutes from the venue. The venue is conveniently located in downtown Austin for easy access to hotels and restaurants.
Payment Terms
If you choose our ‘Deposit Only’ option, 50% of the total ticket price will be due today and the remainder will be due in 60 days. This will not be automatic and a member of our team will reach out to arrange your final payment. Exception for Pre-Sale Tickets: Due in full on or before March 1.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our experiences, tickets are refundable minus a 50% restocking fee until 60 days prior to the experience start date. Within 60 days, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of sickness or extenuating circumstances, RUNGA may at its discretion transfer your ticket to a subsequent event.
