Workshop: Intro to Kettlebell Training

Join Joseph for an introduction to safe and effective kettlebell training. With a focus on technique and skill, kettlebells can be an incredible tool for building an unbreakable physical foundation. Joseph will use this time to provide an overview to the RUNGA "Before You Swing" program.

Note: Kettlebells or being in a gym setting are not required for this workshop.
